Three minors aged 14, 15 and 17 are accused of the rape of a 13-year-old girl in the courtyard of a school in western Athens.
The three boys were arrested for the crimes of “rape with complicity” and “distribution of child pornography.”
They appeared before the prosecutor and were reportedly released without conditions.
The lawyer of two of the boys told media that his clients had nothing to do with the claims and that’s why they were released.
