Man Found Dead After Fire Breaks Out in Forest Near Kryoneri, Attica

A man was found dead on Friday afternoon near Kryoneri in Attica, Greece.

The country’s Fire Service tweeted that during an operation to extinguish a fire that broke out in a forest near the town of Kryoneri, a man was found dead inside a car, on a forest road in a nearby area.

There is still no other information concerning the reason why the man died or how old he was.

Currently, sixteen firefighters with a total of eight vehicles are attempting to limit the spread of the blaze.
