Greece announced on Tuesday a vaccine mandate for all people over 60. Prime minister, Kyriakos Mitsotakis, announced plans to fine people who refuse the COVID vaccine. A monthly fine of €100 will be imposed from January 16. But, do vaccine mandates work? Samantha Vanderslott, lecturer at Oxford University examines the evidence.
