Mykonos welcomed on Monday the “World Explorer”, the first cruise-ship to dock at the cosmopolitan island after six months.

The Portuguese-flagged ship, carrying 125 holiday-makers, is the first to arrive at Mykonos since the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic.

Mykonos Live TV reports that at least 10 more cruise ships are expected in Mykonos until the end of October, amid hopes that they will offer a last-minute boost to the island’s tourism.
