Google Honors Anniversary of the Greek Revolution

Google is honoring the nation of Greece today by today by dedicating its doodle to the March 25 anniversary of the Greek revolution against the Ottoman Empire.

An animation with the Greek flag has replaced the logo on Google’s homepages on Wednesday.

A Google doodle is a special, temporary alteration of the logo on Google’s homepages which is intended to commemorate holidays, events, achievements, and notable historical figures.
